Features
The piston is fixed by the cylinder movement, and the vertical plate, mold base, punch rod of the main machine part are all reinforced, so that the mechanical rigidity can be enhanced and the stress state and the long-term high-load operation stability of the equipment can be reduced. Due to the partial load force during the punching process, the equipment can process 20mm thick angle steel for a long time, and the stability and reliability of the equipment are greatly improved.
Advantage
The punching adopts cylinder movement, the piston is fixed, and eight guide surfaces are added to the up and down movement guide surface of the cylinder, so that the punching movement is more stable and the operation stability of the equipment is improved. The fixed point of the piston rod is provided with a spherical connection, so that the eccentric load can be automatically adjusted at the stress point, and the piston rod and the stress surface are protected. The material pressing device adopts the vertical pressing method, with sufficient guiding surface, stable pressing, reducing the reaction force of impact and punching, which can better ensure the stability of the equipment.
Centralized lubrication is adopted, which is easier to maintain, and ensures that each guide surface can be completely lubricated, which prolongs the service life of the equipment and reduces the failure rate.
