purpose
It is mainly used for marking, drilling, sawing or shearing of large size and high strength angle steel. Precision spindle, high speed drilling.
Product feature
The nominal force of marking is 1200kN, and 18 character heads numbers can be achieved. Four groups of marking character heads groups can be selected, and the typing distance can be set at will
The drilling unit is equipped with two groups of CNC drilling power heads, each group is equipped with three CNC drilling spindles, and it can install three kinds of different diameter drill bits, so as to automatically and quickly select any one of the three different diameters, and all the holes on the angle steel can be processed at one time. Taiwan precision spindle (internal cooling) is adopted for drilling spindle, and cemented carbide internal cooling drill is used for high-speed drilling.
Optional with sawing unit, angle steel typing, drilling, sawing process CNC. Realize automation, high precision, multi variety and mass production.
The CNC feeding car is driven by servo motor, feedback by photoelectric encoder, closed-loop control, high positioning accuracy.
The upper computer adopts Chinese interface and is easy to operate. It can accept the workpiece processing program generated by lofting software, and can also be manually programmed.
