This equipment can realize the drilling function on simple materials and composite materials. In addition to processing through holes, it can also realize the processing of blind holes and step holes. Use ordinary twist drills.

This equipment mainly consists of bed worktable, movable gantry, drilling power head, automatic chip conveyor, circulating cooling device, electrical system, etc. This equipment is mainly aimed at drilling and processing flat plates of building steel structures, power towers, and petrochemical equipment. The equipment adopts a gantry moving structure. The longitudinal movement (X axis), the lateral movement (Y axis) and the vertical movement of the drilling power head (Z axis) are all driven by a servo motor through a precision ball screw guide. It can automatically, accurately and quickly locate and automatically complete the drilling process. Greatly improve the drilling accuracy and speed. At the same time, the possibility of repairing or scrapping the workpiece caused by manual positioning and drilling errors is avoided.
